Structured Finance for Banca dei Territori
Banca IMI develops and coordinates the management of all activities in the support and at the service of the Banca dei Territori Division aimed at originating, organising, arranging, structuring and closing structured-finance transactions.
In particular, it promotes all forms of cash-flow financing not attributable to standard financing products in the form of both bilateral contracts and pools.
